6. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout. Promotions may have additional terms.
We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders. If we collected payment for a canceled order, we’ll refund the affected amount. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
7. Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and account information and to update it when needed. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may limit orders by person, household, account, payment method, or address, including orders that reasonably appear to be for unauthorized resale.
8. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
An automated confirmation email means we received your order; it does not necessarily confirm product availability or final acceptance. An order is accepted once it has been verified and approved for fulfillment.
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. Shipped orders are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Processing and delivery times are estimates. Availability, carriers, weather, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances may affect delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unsuccessful delivery attempt may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law. 10. Appliance Setup and Safe Use
Some appliances require assembly, cleaning before first use, specific electrical connections, or other setup. Read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, use the product only as intended, and keep it away from children where appropriate.
Ashford Appliance Co is not responsible for injury or property damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper setup, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
